Limited Lifetime Warranty: Enmark Coilover Damper Kits come with Limited LIFETIME hassle-free manufacturer warranty which includes product
defects. Any modifications or abuse to the coil-over damper kits
automatically voids the warranty on the damper kit. Installation done by
anybody other than a certified professional will void warranty.
Lifetime warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. The coilover
kit must have been purchased from Enmark directly on enmarksuspension.com or an Enmark
authorized retailer. All warranty claims must be approved by our
warranty department. After the first replacement, there will be a change
to 6 months and if problem still persist, the warranty will be void for
that shipment. Our warranty does not cover Exterior finish on all Enmark products and is not considered a valid warranty claim; consumers are responsible for the maintenance of paint and or chrome or plated finish. Shock Boots are also excluded from any type of warranty. If the shock boot is removed, the warranty will be voided for that customer. Rusted shafts will also be denied as a warranty claim; consumers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the chrome rods. All Items sold are on an as is basis. Enmark Suspension disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. We also do not authorize any one to assume liability in connection with these items. The buyer can not recover any damages besides the Enmark product. (MECHANICAL, LABOR AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE DEFECTIVE ITEM). All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for OFF-ROAD use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items. USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS & COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THESE PARTS & ACCESSORIES. Enmark Suspension will not be responsible for any damage or loss aside from the part that is sold by us. All warranty claims must be approved by our warranty department. After the first warranty claim, the replacement part will carry only a 6-month warranty after which point, if another replacement is necessary, the second replacement will no longer carry a warranty. Physical damage will void your warranty. All parts must be installed by a licensed/professional mechanic, any warranty claim without proof of professional installation will not be honored. Please keep all invoices for all warranty claims since this is what we use to determine the warranty validity. Before any return, please contact our customer service by email first for RMA #, we will NOT accept returns without any approval during warranty period after being approved by Enmark Suspension staff. |
